Accessibility statement
We want Mr. Bienes and Mr. Cotiza — these websites and the application at /app — to be usable by everyone, including people who rely on assistive technology. This page says what we aim for, what we've done, what still falls short, and how to reach us when something doesn't work for you.
Our standard
We build to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, level AA. We currently consider the marketing sites partially conformant: recent audits fixed the known contrast and keyboard issues, and remaining work is tracked and ongoing.
What we do
- Semantic HTML with landmarks, one heading structure per page, and a skip-to-content link.
- Full keyboard operability — menus, accordions, and the product tour work without a mouse, with visible focus indicators.
- Motion respects your system's reduced-motion setting: animations are simply absent when you ask for less movement.
- Color contrast checked against WCAG AA in light and dark mode.
- Everything ships in English and Spanish, and zoom is never blocked.
Known limitations
- The product illustrations on these pages are decorative mock-ups, hidden from assistive technology — the equivalent information is in the adjacent text.
- The signed-in application is under active accessibility review; some screens have not yet had a full assistive-technology pass.
- Legal documents are currently English-only; Spanish versions are planned.
